I went through to O2's new chat service on the internet - got sales, then customer services who said they were Mobile Pay and Go and that I had to ring a number to get Mobile Broadband support. Wouldn't it be great if O2 got their customer service together to read your post! We live in a strange in-between world where posts like this get right to the point and that are much more effective than traditional customer service channels! Thanks very much. A great help.
